- 8 hot dogs beef, pork, turkey, or your choice
- 8 hot dog buns
Condiments:
- Ketchup
- Mustard
- Mayonnaise optional
Toppings: choose a selection based on preference:
- 1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 - 8 Small pickled gherkins
- 1/2 cup chopped onions raw or grilled
- 3/4 tomatoes diced
- Fresh herbs such as cilantro or chives
Preheat grill to medium-high (375°F–400°F).
Score hot dogs lightly for even cooking.
Grill hot dogs for 6–8 minutes, turning occasionally.
Toast buns during last 1–2 minutes of grilling.
