Air Fryer Chicken Parmesan

Quick, crispy, and cheesy—this Air Fryer Chicken Parmesan is a healthier take on a classic. Juicy chicken cutlets are coated in seasoned breadcrumbs, topped with rich tomato sauce and melted cheese, then cooked to perfection in under 10 minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, halved lengthwise
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped (plus more for garnish)
  • 4 teaspoons Italian seasoning divided
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Panko-style breadcrumbs
  • Oil as recommended by your air fryer brand
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Mix eggs, garlic, and parsley. Marinate chicken for 15 minutes.
  • Stir 2 tsp Italian seasoning into flour; place Panko in another bowl.
  • Dredge chicken in flour, egg, and then Panko.
  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F and oil the basket.
  • Air fry chicken for 5 minutes.
  • Flip, top with sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, and remaining seasoning.
  • Cook for 2–4 more minutes or until golden and fully cooked.
  • Garnish and serve.
