Air Fryer Chicken Parmesan
Quick, crispy, and cheesy—this Air Fryer Chicken Parmesan is a healthier take on a classic. Juicy chicken cutlets are coated in seasoned breadcrumbs, topped with rich tomato sauce and melted cheese, then cooked to perfection in under 10 minutes.

- 2-3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, halved lengthwise
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped (plus more for garnish)
- 4 teaspoons Italian seasoning divided
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup Panko-style breadcrumbs
- Oil as recommended by your air fryer brand
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Mix eggs, garlic, and parsley. Marinate chicken for 15 minutes.
Stir 2 tsp Italian seasoning into flour; place Panko in another bowl.
Dredge chicken in flour, egg, and then Panko.
Preheat air fryer to 375°F and oil the basket.
Air fry chicken for 5 minutes.
Flip, top with sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, and remaining seasoning.
Cook for 2–4 more minutes or until golden and fully cooked.
Garnish and serve.
