- 1 lb cubed steak
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons seasoning salt to taste
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons butter
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
Pat the steak cubes dry and drizzle with olive oil.
Combine brown sugar and seasoning salt. Sprinkle half over the steak cubes, toss, then add the rest and coat evenly.
Place the cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 4–6 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches at least 145°F.
Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl and whisk in the garlic powder.
Add the warm steak bites to the garlic butter and toss gently to coat.
