- 10 jalapenos halved with seeds removed
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 slices bacon chopped
- 2 green onions finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees.
Stir together the cream cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, bacon, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper until smooth.
Spread the mixture in to each jalapeno half, making sure not to over fill the peppers.
Stir together the panko breadcrumbs and butter in a shallow dish.
Dip the top of each jalapeno into the breadcrumb mixture and place in the tray or basket of your air fryer.
Cook in batches for 5 to 8 minutes, until the breadcrumbs are golden brown and the peppers are tender.
