Prep the Peaches: With a sharp knife, slicing the peach halves becomes effortless. Once split, I carefully remove the stone. After peeling and slicing your peaches, toss them in a mixing bowl.
Mix Peach Filling: In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, cornstarch, and 2 tablespoons of flour and cinnamon sugar, aiming for a delicious dessert. Proceed to cutting the peaches into halves and drizzled them with melted butter. To the peaches, add the filling. Stir everything until the peaches are well coated.
Prepare the Crisp Topping: In another bowl, combine the brown sugar, the rest of the flour, oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, and butter. Mix until it forms a crumbly texture.
Preheat the Air fryer: Set your air fryer to 350°F (if your air fryer requires preheating, do so) No need to grease the air fryer basket
Assemble: Grease an 8" by 6" pan, transfer the peaches into the basket, spreading them out evenly. Then, evenly sprinkle the crumbly oat mixture on top of the peaches.
Air Fry the Peach Crisp: Simply transfer the baking pan with peaches and filling into the air fryer. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until until the topping is golden brown and the peach filling is bubbly.
Serve and Enjoy: Let the peach crisp cool slightly before serving. For an extra treat, serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
