- 8- inch flour tortilla or type of tortilla of choice I used the low carb tortilla. If you would prefer a gluten free pizza, go for gluten-free tortilla.
- 2 tablespoons pizza sauce marinara sauce, tomato sauce, or favorite pizza toppings
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Toppings of choice red onions, green bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, turkey pepperoni, ground beef, banana peppers, etc.
- Optional: fresh basil Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, BBQ sauce, hot honey
