Apple pretzel bites

- 2 cups pretzel twists
- ½ cup red candy melts
- ¼ cup white fondant
- Green food coloring
Prep your work surface with parchment paper.
Tint the white fondant with green food coloring, wearing gloves to avoid staining, and shape into small leaves.
Melt the red candy melts until smooth.
Dip pretzels fully into the coating, lift with a fork, and tap off excess.
Place on parchment and press a fondant leaf into the top while still wet.
Repeat with remaining pretzels and allow to set for about 10 minutes before serving.
