  • 24 oz corn kernels
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 2 jalapenos deseeded and diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Place the corn in a large bowl and add red onion, jalapenos, and cilantro.
  • Season with lemon juice, lime juice, and salt.
