Ingredients
  

For the cookies

  • 1 ½ cups unsalted butter softened
  • 1 ½ cups sugar
  • 6 egg whites
  • 2 t princess cake emulsion or similar flavoring
  • 2 t vanilla
  • 4 ½ cups flour
  • 2 t baking powder
  • 1 t salt
  • ½ c sequin sprinkles

For the frosting

  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 6 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 T milk or heavy cream
  • 1 t vanilla
  • Pink food coloring
  • Sequin sprinkles to decorate

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment.
  • Cream butter and sugar until smooth.
  • Add vanilla, princess cake flavoring, and egg whites. Mix until combined.
  • Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Fold in sprinkles.
  • Scoop dough onto baking sheets.
  • Bake 12–15 minutes, then cool completely.
  • For frosting, beat butter and cream cheese.
  • Add half the powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk. Mix.
  • Add remaining powdered sugar and beat until fluffy.
  • Color with pink food coloring.
  • Pipe frosting onto cookies.
  • Top with sprinkles.
