Full English Breakfast in an Air Fryer

Quick and easy way to enjoy your breakfast using an Air Fryer with little or no oil needed.

Equipment

  • 2 Ramekin Bowls

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Mushrooms
  • 2 - 4 Sausages
  • 6 Bacons
  • 1 Large Tomatoes
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 can Baked beans
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your Air Fryer to 180°C (360°F) for 1-2 minutes before adding your ingredients. This ensures optimal cooking conditions right from the start.
  • Prepare the Mushrooms and Susages: Wash the mushrroms and slice into two, sprinkle salt and oil on the sliced mushrooms. Wrap the mushrrom with foil. Wrap the susage in separate foil.
  • Cook the Mushrooms and Susages: Place the separate wrapped foils in the main basket of the air fryer. These ingredients require the longest cooking time, approximately 10 minutes. Ensure there’s lots of air circulation around each piece for even cooking. Turn the wrapped foil when placing the next ingredients.
  • Cook the bacon: Arrange the bacon, might overlap but do not over do it.
  • Prepare the Eggs: Break eggs in a Ramekin bowl, or in a small, air fryer-safe dish, season as desired. My Kid's prefers scramble eggs, so I ususally just wisk for a few seconds. You can skip the whisking.
  • Place in the air fryer and continue to air fry everything for an additional 3 - 4 minutes, but the exact time might vary depending on your air fryer model. For smaller air fryers, you might need to cook in batches.
  • Slice the timatoes and place in the air fryer. Open the foil to expose the mushrooms and the susages. Tjis ensures the mushrooms an dhte sausage cooks to perfection.
  • Heat the beans: In another Ramekin bowl, add the desired amount of baked beans and continue to cook for another 2 - 3 minutes.
  • Serve immediately, combining all the components on a plate.
