Ingredients
  

  • 8 Tortilla Wraps
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil: If baking or Air frying your Tortilla chips
  • 1 Cup Olive Oil: If oil frying.
  • Salt to Taste

Instructions
 

Preheat Your Oven or Air Fryer or heat up your oil for frying on a stovetop:

  • Oven: Preheat to 350°F (175°C).
  • Air Fryer: Preheat to 325°F (160°C).
  • Turn your cooker to a medium heat. Place a frying pan on a stove top, add oil enough to cover the tortillas.

Prepare the Tortillas:

  • Brush one side of each tortilla with olive oil, ensuring an even layer.
  • Sprinkle lightly with salt or your chosen seasoning.
  • Cut into Heart Shapes:
  • Use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut tortillas into shapes. Set aside the excess for future use or cut into smaller shapes.

Bake, Air Fry or Oil Fry:

  • Oven Method: Arrange the heart-shaped pieces on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden.
  • Air Fryer Method: Place tortilla pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even crisping.
  • Gently drop each chip in the hot oil and cook for 3 - 4 minutes. Turn halfwat through.
