Ingredients
  

  • 10 –12 langoustines
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 2 garlic cloves chopped
  • 1/3 tsp salt
  • 1/3 tsp pepper
  • Lemon slices optional

Instructions
 

  • Wash and boil langoustines for 5 minutes. Rinse with cold water and dry.
  • Mix melted butter, lemon juice, zest, and garlic.
  • Preheat air fryer to 360°F. Cut langoustines lengthwise.
  • Place langoustines in air fryer. Drizzle with butter mix and season.
  • Cook for 7 minutes. Serve warm with extra lemon.
