Ingredients
  

  • cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 egg beaten
  • Sesame seeds to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  • Add yogurt and olive oil; mix until a dough forms.
  • Knead until smooth; let rest for 5 mins.
  • Divide into 4 pieces, shape into bagels.
  • Preheat air fryer to 330°F (165°C).
  • Brush with egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  • Air fry for 20–25 mins, flipping halfway.
  • Cool and serve.
