- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1¼ cups Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 egg beaten
- Sesame seeds to taste
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
Add yogurt and olive oil; mix until a dough forms.
Knead until smooth; let rest for 5 mins.
Divide into 4 pieces, shape into bagels.
Preheat air fryer to 330°F (165°C).
Brush with egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Air fry for 20–25 mins, flipping halfway.
Cool and serve.
