Air Fryer Baked Brie with Jam
Creamy air fryer baked brie topped with sweet jam, crunchy pecans, dried cranberries and fresh rosemary.

Ingredients

wheel of Brie cheese
1/4
cup
fruit jam
raspberry, cranberry, strawberry, etc.
1/4
cup
pecan nuts
chopped
1/4
cup
dried cranberries
Fresh rosemary
to taste
Fresh grapes
for serving
Crackers or toasted bread
for serving
Instructions
Score the top of the brie in a criss-cross pattern without cutting all the way through. Place it on parchment paper.
Spread jam over the top, then add rosemary and pecans.
Air fry at 175°C (350°F) for 10-15 minutes, until soft and melted.
Carefully remove using the parchment paper or a spatula.
Top with extra pecans, dried cranberries and rosemary. Serve warm with crackers, toasted bread or grapes.
