Air Fryer Baked Brie with Jam

Creamy air fryer baked brie topped with sweet jam, crunchy pecans, dried cranberries and fresh rosemary.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 wheel of Brie cheese
  • 1/4 cup fruit jam raspberry, cranberry, strawberry, etc.
  • 1/4 cup pecan nuts chopped
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • Fresh rosemary to taste
  • Fresh grapes for serving
  • Crackers or toasted bread for serving

Instructions
 

  • Score the top of the brie in a criss-cross pattern without cutting all the way through. Place it on parchment paper.
  • Spread jam over the top, then add rosemary and pecans.
  • Air fry at 175°C (350°F) for 10-15 minutes, until soft and melted.
  • Carefully remove using the parchment paper or a spatula.
  • Top with extra pecans, dried cranberries and rosemary. Serve warm with crackers, toasted bread or grapes.
