- ½ pound beef sirloin tip steak thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion granules/ powder
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Slice the beef thinly across the grain.
Mix soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion granules, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Marinate the beef strips for 3–4 hours in the fridge.
Preheat the air fryer to 180°F (82°C).
Arrange beef in a single layer in the basket and cook for 3–4 hours, flipping halfway, until dry and firm.
