Ingredients
  

  • ½ pound beef sirloin tip steak thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion granules/ powder
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Slice the beef thinly across the grain.
  • Mix soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion granules, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Marinate the beef strips for 3–4 hours in the fridge.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 180°F (82°C).
  • Arrange beef in a single layer in the basket and cook for 3–4 hours, flipping halfway, until dry and firm.
