  • Prep Carrots: If using large carrots, peel and cut them into 1/4 inch thick pieces. For baby carrots, simply wash and pat dry.
  • Season: In a large mixing bowl, toss the carrots with olive oil, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well coated. This ensures every carrot is evenly seasoned for maximum flavor.
