Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz white mushrooms stems removed, washed, and dried
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • ¼ cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ¼ cup chopped cooked bacon (approx. 3 strips

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and bacon.
  • Remove mushroom stems, rinse, and pat dry.
  • Fill each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture.
  • Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper and place the mushrooms inside.
  • Brush the tops with olive oil or cooking spray.
  • Air fry for 12-14 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately.
