  • 3 sweet potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Prep Sweet Potatoes: Wash and peel the sweet potatoes. Cut them into even wedges to ensure consistent cooking.
  • Season: In a large bowl, toss the wedges with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and black pepper until evenly coated.
  • Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Air Fry: Place the sweet potato wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer (you may need to do this in batches). Cook for about 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking. Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model for desired crispiness.
  • Serve: After cooking, allow the wedges to cool for a few minutes before serving.
