Ingredients
  

  • 32 Club crackers
  • 16 slices thin-cut bacon sliced in half to make 32 pieces
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • Pepper

Preheat the Oven/Air Fryer

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil and place an oven-safe wire rack on top. Set aside.

Preheat your air fryer at 325°F. Line your air fryer basket.

    Prepare the Crackers:

    • Cut the bacon slices in half to create 32 pieces. Wrap each piece of bacon around a cracker, overlapping slightly to secure the bacon. Place the wrapped crackers on the wire rack.

    Add Toppings:

    • Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon of brown sugar on top of each bacon-wrapped cracker. Add a pinch of pepper for extra flavor.

    Bake:

    • Bake the crackers at 350°F for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is golden and crispy. Keep an eye on them during the last few minutes to prevent overcooking.
