Gluten Free Cheese Crackers

These gluten-free cheese crackers are perfectly crispy and packed with real cheddar flavor. Ready in under 40 minutes, they’re an easy, homemade snack that’s kid-friendly, customizable, and great for lunchboxes or charcuterie boards.

Ingredients
  

  • 120 g gluten free flour I used Bob’s Red Mill
  • ¼ tsp xanthan gum omit if your gf flour blend contains it
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 225 g medium or old cheddar cheese finely grated
  • 45 g cold butter in chunks
  • 30 g cold water

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  • In a bowl, mix flour, xanthan gum, and salt.
  • Add grated cheese and mix. Add butter and blend until crumbly.
  • Add water and form into a dough. Add more water if needed.
  • Divide dough, roll thin, and cut into 1-inch squares.
  • Place on tray, poke holes in center, and bake 12–17 mins.
  • Cool and store in an airtight container.
