Healthy No Mayo Deviled Eggs

- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 4 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1/2 tsp paprika + extra for garnish
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Boil eggs for 10 minutes, then cool in an ice bath and peel.
Slice eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks.
In a bowl, mix yolks with Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Mash until smooth and creamy.
Spoon or pipe the mixture into egg white halves.
Garnish with extra paprika and fresh herbs.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
