Healthy No Mayo Deviled Eggs

Ingredients
  

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 4 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika + extra for garnish
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Boil eggs for 10 minutes, then cool in an ice bath and peel.
  • Slice eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks.
  • In a bowl, mix yolks with Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Mash until smooth and creamy.
  • Spoon or pipe the mixture into egg white halves.
  • Garnish with extra paprika and fresh herbs.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
