Ingredients
  

  • 2 packages puff pastry sheets 4 total
  • 3 cups mixed berries
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Zest of one lemon
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 2 tablespoons corn starch
  • 1 egg

Instructions
 

  • Bring puff pastry to room temperature and cut into 4 squares per sheet.
  • Preheat air fryer to 350°F or oven to 400°F.
  • Mix lemon juice, zest, syrup, and cornstarch. Toss with berries.
  • Fold edges of each pastry square slightly.
  • Whisk egg with water and brush edges.
  • Spoon berry mixture onto each pastry.
  • Air fry 10–12 minutes or bake 20–25 minutes until golden.
  • Let cool slightly and serve warm with toppings.
