Pigs in blankets

- 1 cup small sausages about 2 inches long
- 10 –12 strips bacon
- 3 tbsp honey
- Pinch of Salt
- Pinch of Pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F. Slice bacon strips in half lengthwise.
Wrap each sausage in a strip of bacon, overlapping slightly.
Line a baking dish with parchment paper and place the wrapped sausages in a single layer. B
rush each with honey using a silicone brush. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the bacon is crisp and cooked through.
Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper, if desired, and serve warm.
