- 4 large Piper Potatoes
- 100 ml Vegetable Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Salt
Peel and cut potatoes into equal chunks. Boil in salted water for 10-15 minutes.
Drain and steam dry for 10-15 minutes under a tea towel.
Preheat oven to 220°C Fan / 475°F / Gas Mark 9. Heat oil in a roasting tray.
