Christmas charcuterie fruit board
Start by making the fruit dip. In a large mixing bowl, combine whipped topping, marshmallow fluff, and softened cream cheese. Use a hand or stand mixer to blend on medium speed until the dip is smooth and fluffy.
Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and sprinkle with red and green sanding sugar for a festive finish.
To prepare the Christmas Tree Oreos, line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Melt the white chocolate wafers according to the package instructions. Dip each Oreo halfway into the melted chocolate and place them on the parchment paper to set.
Speed up the process by chilling them in the fridge if needed. Melt the green wafers and transfer them into a piping bag with a fine tip. Pipe small Christmas tree designs onto the white chocolate-dipped portion of each Oreo and add sprinkles for decoration.
For the wafer reindeer, start by lining another baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut pretzels into small pieces to create antlers. Melt the chocolate wafers and dip each vanilla wafer halfway into the chocolate.
Place each dipped wafer on the parchment paper and immediately attach pretzel antlers, candy eyes, and a red M&M nose to form a reindeer face. Allow them to set completely.
Once all components are ready, assemble the charcuterie board. Place the fruit dip in the center of your board. Arrange the reindeer wafers and Christmas Tree Oreos around the edges.
Fill in the spaces with Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes, fresh strawberries, raspberries, grapes, and M&Ms.
Cooking Methods
No cooking is required for this recipe, but chilling the chocolate-coated items and dip ensures they set properly and stay fresh.
How to Store Leftovers
Store leftover fruit and desserts in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to three days. Keep the dip covered to maintain its freshness. For longer storage, freeze any leftover dipped Oreos or reindeer wafers in a freezer-safe container.
Serving Ideas
Serve the Christmas Charcuterie Fruit Board as a centerpiece for holiday parties, family gatherings, or even as a festive dessert after dinner. Pair it with hot cocoa, coffee, or a holiday punch for a complete treat.
